Cycle along a route that travels along the foreshores of the Parramatta River, in a loop that begins and ends at Rhodes, near Olympic Park.

Start by climbing the steps near Rhodes boat ramp on Blaxland Road. Ride north along the John Whitton Bridge pathway, and take the pathway on the right to Bay Drive. Go right on the roundabout into Bowden Street, then under the bridge and proceed along the pathway. At Archer Creek, take the pathway on the left up to Lancaster Crescent. Ride left onto the path through Melrose Park, go left then right on Wharf Road, take a left at Waratah Street, then continue along the foreshore pathway all the way to Silverwater Bridge.

Cross the bridge, and go left into the car park at Wilson Park. At the river turn right and continue along the foreshore. Half way along the foreshore is the Armory Wharf Cafe. Ride past Newington Nature Reserve  and turn right. From here, there a many trails you can explore.
To get back to Rhodes, make your way to Footbridge Boulevard at Wentworth Point.  Proceed along Bennelong Bridge, and immediately turn left down to the river. Go right along the shoreline back to the bridge where the ride began.

This is a easy ride of about 15 kilometres.
